April 2024 Visa Bulletin Summary

Throughout the month of April, USCIS will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications from foreign nationals with a priority date that is the same or earlier than the “Final Action Dates” chart listed in the State Department’s monthly Visa Bulletin.

The EB-4 Non-Minister Religious Worker Program expired on March 22, 2024. The category became “unavailable” after midnight on March 21 and no immigrant visas or adjustment of status applications can be approved under the category until a reauthorization is passed.

Cardozo School of Law and State University of New York at Stony Brook and has been practicing immigration law since 2003 in New York and nationwide. She represents corporations, individuals, and families in a broad range of immigration matters. Attorney Davidson has offices in New York City and Glen Cove.
