Dana T. Davidson Esq. is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Davidson Law Group.

Dana T. Davidson graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1988. She began her legal career as in-house corporate counsel at several large international corporations, practicing in the areas of general corporate law, large-scale commercial banking and real estate transactions, employment law, employment-based immigration law, and litigation. She is admitted to the Eastern District Court of New York, the Southern District Court of New York, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the U.S. District Court of Washington, DC. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is part of their Media Advocacy & Political Engagement Committee.

Leyla Moallemzadeh Esq. is the Managing Attorney of Davidson Law Group.

Leyla Moallemzadeh has dedicated her professional career to the practice of immigration law. She has been practicing both business and family-based immigration law since 2007. As a hands-on immigration attorney, Leyla offers expert guidance to diverse clientele, including large corporations, small businesses, and individuals, concerning a wide spectrum of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions. Leyla’s commitment to legal excellence is underscored by her impressive academic achievements, she acquired her LL.M. degree with the highest honors, summa cum laude, from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2006. She holds admission to the bars of New York, the U.S. District Court of Washington, DC, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court, and Eastern District and Southern District Courts of New York. Further, Leyla Moallemzadeh is an esteemed member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), a testament to her active engagement in the legal community and commitment to upholding the highest standards of immigration law practice.

Dana T. Davidson holds degrees from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and State University of New York at Stony Brook and has been practicing immigration law since 2003 in New York and nationwide. She represents corporations, individuals, and families in a broad range of immigration matters. Attorney Davidson has offices in New York City and Glen Cove.
