Throughout the month of November, USCIS will accept employment-based adjustment of status applications from foreign nationals with a priority date that is earlier than the “Dates for Filing” chart listed in the State Department’s monthly Visa Bulletin.
The November 2022 Visa Bulletin’s “Dates for Filing” chart remains unchanged from the October 2022 Visa Bulletin’s “Dates for Filing” chart.
