Over the last couple of years, USCIS has worked to develop technology and assistance services to better meet the needs of its customers. Currently, USCIS has several avenues for providing feedback. Until recently, one such method of providing feedback, [email protected], was used to facilitate communication between USCIS and stakeholder organizations.
The [email protected] account has expanded to allow direct feedback from the public on the following topics:
- Administrative, technical, systems, or operational issues that could indicate a trend or theme impacting case processing on a larger scale;
- Pending requests for an urgent appointment with the Contact Center and a response within the specified timeframe (24-72 hours) has not been received;
- Pending request for appointment for proof of legal permanent resident status with the Contact Center and are now experiencing an emergency.
